 Why do you want to become a part of the staff team?
I would love to join the staff team because I believe that I can help the server when it comes to solving problems on the server.  I work very well when solving a problem and can usually figure out how to solve an altercation in a calm way.  I also am very fair in a bad situation.  For instance when someone did something wrong and did not understand it was against the rules I will try to solve it so its good and fair for both sides involved in the problem.
 What makes you a better applicant than others?
  I work very well under pressure and would be a great choice for staff.  I have a lot of experience when it comes to Dark RP.  I have seen many sits and have never been the suspect.  I know the rules when it comes to Dark RP in general and think I would be able to enforce these rules pretty well.   I am also very trustworthy and would never break the rules or abuse my powers in any way.
 What makes you Trustworthy?
  I am trustworthy because I take following the rules on Dark RP very seriously.  I think that if you are joining to break the rules and troll that you should be dealt with accordingly.  I would never be able to break the rules even if I would make money off it.  Breaking the rules and abusing staff powers would be a terrible thing to do and it would ruin the experience for others.  
Have you ever been punished on the server? If so, Why?
  No I have not been punished on the server.  I don't like breaking the rules as previously stated and I have not on this server or any others.  I love roleplaying and can do it for hours without stopping.  I do not see a reason to break the rules unless it's unintentional.  Even then it is good to read over the MOTD before just hopping on the server.
 In a Few Words, How would you describe yourself as a person? Your Traits, Abilities and Disadvantages. (What Kind of Person are you?)
  I am a trustworthy person.  I am the kind of person that can't do anything wrong without feeling guilty.  Also I am very helpful.  I am the kind of person that would not walk past or ignore someone that needs help.  I get a great feeling in helping people and love to do it.  Lastly I am a very hard worker.  I will never do anything without perfection.  Along with hard working comes dedication.  I always finish what I start and will do the same on the server.
 How many hours do you use the forums/game daily?
  On a daily basis I can spend anywhere from 2-5 hours on the server daily.  I am in school so I can usually play even more on the weekends.  I can most likely play 4-6 hours on the weekends.  I don't have a job and can basically play most of the day when I get off of school.
 Are you currently a staff member on another server?
   No I am currently not a staff member on any server.  I have only been staff on one server but it has since been abandoned.  It was a while ago so I don't really remember the name.  I was around 11 when I had staff.
 Do you understand that abusing your powers will result in a demotion and most likely an IP ban depending on the situation? 
  I fully understand that I will lose my role as staff if I abuse of my powers.  I take being staff as a privilege and could never think of abusing the powers given to me to help others.  I see this as a terrible thing to do overall.  This would ruin the experience for others and as someone who has personally witnessed admin abuse I would never do it myself.
 Do you have any previous moderating experience?
  Not much to be honest.  I have been staff on another server but it was years ago on another account.  I don't even remember the name of the server.  Also the server is abandoned.
Situational Acts: (Paragraph Required)

 Yourself and another Admin are the only staff online. You notice that you are the only one handling reports whilst the Admin in question is RDMing constantly. When you tell him to stop and help with reports, he ignores you and continues to RDM. What do you do?
  I would take screenshots of the RDM by spectating the admin.  In the discord I would try to contact a higher up staff member to help deal with the staff member RDMing.  I would send him the screenshots and the proof I have of the RDM.  After the higher staff member sees the evidence he can decide what to do with him.  Whether he wants to demote or provoke his role as staff is up to him from this point on.  After the staff in question is dealt with I will carry on my duty as staff and take admin sits.  
 You slay someone for RDM and he abuses you for it. The player then goes on an RDM Spree, When you jailTP him he apologizes trying to be forgiven. What do you do? 
  I would tell the man that it was very uncalled for.  I would also tell him that he should not have committed the act as it was wrong and against the rules.  Then I would let him know that I forgive him but he is still going to get the proper punishment.  I would tell him that he should never do it again on any Dark RP server.  Lastly I would ban the man permanently.
 You are on the forums and you notice a user being harassed by others in the Shoutbox and in Threads. What do you do?
  I would reply asking the people to stop.  If this does not work I will tell the person being harassed that he can ask a higher up about the harassment on discord or in the forums.  I will also take pictures of the harassment to use as further evidence if needed by the higher ranked staff.  I would hope that this staff will help with the altercation nd will do everything in my power to help.  I see the forums as a place to chat calmly.  Harassment is not calm at all.
 A friend comes to you complaining that he has been banned by another staff member, and wants you to find out why. Upon further investigation, you discover that you believe the ban is unjustified. How do you handle this?  
  I would tell the friend that if he wanted to get unbanned he could make an unban appeal so a higher ranking staff can try to get him unbanned if the ban is unjustified.  I would send him a link to the forums.  I also would show him how to make the appeal if he is not familiar with the forums.  I would also do this with any other user on the server.  I do not take bias when it comes to my job as staff.  I would treat everyone the same no matter what relation they have to me.
