1. Why do you want to become a part of the staff team?
I want to become a part of the staff team because I want to help the community to become a more friendly and welcoming community.
2. What makes you a better applicant than others?
I am a person who is online often and try to be somewhat active unless other circumstances impact my schedule.
3. What makes you Trustworthy?
4. Have you ever been punished on the server? If so, Why?
No, I have not been punished on the server, ever.
Because I am a law-abiding citizen, xD.
5. In a Few Words, How would you describe yourself as a person? Your Traits, Abilities, and Disadvantages. (What Kind of Person are you?)
Patient (Most of the time, xD), thoughtful, easily angered (If in a bad mood or someone, in particular, is just purely annoying.), and logical.
7. How many hours do you use the forums/game daily?
Forums - I usually check every day or two for something new.
Game - I usually get on (at worst) every one or two weeks for an hour or two at least.
8. Are you currently a staff member on another server?
No, I am not. But I used to.
9. Do you understand that abusing your powers will result in a demotion and most likely an IP ban depending on the situation?
Yes, I do understand that abusing is bad and I hereby swear that if I get accepted I'll only use my powers for good.
Maybe even a silly good. Like harmlessly messing around.
10. Do you have any previous moderating experience?
Yes, on RoxRP (Few weeks experience) and It's Alive Gaming (About 1 week, I quit because the owner was too demanding of my time.).
I think RoxRP is now shut down, though, it wasn't popular. It's alive is still up, I think.
Situational Acts: (Paragraph Required)
1. Yourself and another Admin are the only staff online. You notice that you are the only one handling reports whilst the Admin in question is RDMing constantly. When you tell him to stop and help with reports, he ignores you and continues to RDM. What do you do?
I start recording the whole thing for evidence to later report to a staff manager. I punish quickly and accordingly to the severity of his actions, so he doesn't ban/kick me first. I then keep handling reports until another staff member shows up.
2. You slay someone for RDM and he abuses you for it. The player then goes on an RDM Spree, When you jailTP him he apologizes for trying to be forgiven. What do you do?
I still ban accordingly him due to his wrongdoings, telling him not to do it next time or the punishment will be worse. Apologies for something so severe are not valid in my opinion. Afterwards, I refund anyone who lost anything as long as sufficient evidence is available. For the abuse part, if I understand correctly, he's a staff member, so I report him with evidence of the logs and a recording to the staff manager.
3. You are on the forums and you notice a user being harassed by others in the Shoutbox and in Threads. What do you do?
I take screenshots and I try to cut the harassing off, by warning the harasser that there will be consequences. If he/she doesn't stop (and If I do have access to moderating forums), I punish them by restricting them from posting/commenting. If I do not have administrative abilities, I take the screenshots and present them to someone in power to accordingly punish the harasser.
4. A friend comes to you complaining that he has been banned by another staff member, and wants you to find out why. Upon further investigation, you discover that you believe the ban is unjustified. How do you handle this?
I collect evidence against the admin and the logs/wherever I look for the unjustified ban proof and show that to my friend and tell him to make an un-ban appeal on the forum. Then, I present the evidence against the admin and the same evidence I told my friend to use to the staff manager. Then, I keep an eye out for anything the guilty admin does to present further.
